Fundraising dinner for Sustainable Table
Thursday 30th June : : 7pm @ Uncommon.
We've joined forces with three of the very best: Rice Paper Scissors, Saigon Sally & Stones of the Yarra Valley to cook up a six course storm, with all proceeds donated to Sustainable Table for their incredible work supporting fair, humane and environmentally responsible food systems & food security projects.
Chefs Ross Magnaye (Rice Paper Scissors), Adrian Li (Saigon Sally), Rod Shokuhi (Stones of the Yarra Valley) and Matt Kennedy (Uncommon) will present a well-executed menu showcasing the best of Yarra Valley farm direct produce, with a twist. Dishes will be free from refined ingredients, gluten & dairy, with no chemical processing and minimal intervention between soil and table.
